The first semiconductor diode laser system was released back in 2011, in Birmingham, UK. Today, Kvant Atom series lasers combine the latest semiconductor diode laser technology with an extremely robust housing and intuitive control technology with Pangolin’s integrated FB4 laser control hardware.

Kvant Atoms have already showed their potential in high power demanding laser applications, while managing to keep a low price point. Atom lasers are the perfect bridge between our smaller Kvant Clubmax FB4 laser systems and the flagship Kvant Spectrum laser projectors.

KVANT Atom 20 is a powerful semiconductor laser projection system designed for the projection of impactful aerial beam effects and liquid skies, as well as laser graphics, logos and text. The Kvant Atom 20 is suitable for large scale indoor venues (stadiums, etc.) and outdoor shows.

Due to Advanced Optical Correction technology used in Kvant systems, the real power output of each laser module installed within the system may slightly differ from its specification. This doesn't affect the total guaranteed power output of the system.
note B The beam divergence total is calculated as an average arithmetic value of all individual colours. The divergence of each colour is calculated as:
1. FWHM of the beam cross-section for round beams, or
2. The arithmetic average of the beam's horizontal and vertical divergence for all rectangular beams.

Juno 5 | 40 Kpps Scanning | DEFAULT


This scanning system delivers up to 40 Kpps @ 8°, and a maximum scanning angle of 60° on both axes. It comes fine-tuned by Pangolin for the best performance.

Saturn5 | 50 Kpps Scanning


Saturn5 scanners are a high-end alternative to default Juno scanners and deliver up to 50 Kpps @ 7°, at a maximum scanning angle of 60° on both axes.

Pass Card Integration


PASS (Professional Audience Safety System) is a safety device that helps monitor laser power, scanner signals and other projector related parameters, to ensure your laser show is safe.
PASS is primarily used to ensure the safety of audience scanning style laser shows, where the laser beam comes in direct contact with people watching the show.

Single Gobo with Gratings | 3 effects


The single-gobo Optical Bench adds to your laser projector 3 amazing grating effects and an empty slot for a grating of your choice. There is also a zero-position space that is used for standard scanning performance. All these are fitted on a single gobo wheel. The optical bench is DMX controlled. This option will increase the depth of the projector by 25mm.

Two Gobos with Gratings | 6 effects


The Dual Optical Bench adds to your laser projector 6 amazing grating effects and two empty slots for gratings of your choice. There is also a zero-position space that is used for standard scanning performance. All these effects are fitted into two contra-directional gobo wheels, which are controlled separately via DMX.

Motorized Dichroic Filters for Easy Colour Alignment


Motorised dichroic filters offer a quick and easy colour (beam) alignment without need to get into optical compartment of the laser system. They can be controlled with either built-in FB4 interface, remotely via Pangolin Beyond, or manually in case of emergency. Please note, that for the control from Beyond, a Beyond licence is needed.
