Performer Laser Safety Glasses

The Performer glasses have been selectively chosen to be utilized by performers when interacting with or getting close to laser beams.

These glasses block the common red, green and blue laser diodes used in full diode laser systems, while allowing through a significant amount of yellow-range light allowing for great visibility of the area around the performer. These glasses have significant light blocking capabilities within the blue and green spectrum with OD 3+ from 180nm to 532nm allowing only .1% of these wavelengths through. Plus OD 2+ from 631-637nm and OD3+ for 637-661 Covering the common red wavelengths lasers used in entertainment laser systems.

These glasses achieve this with a significant amount of passthrough in the yellow wavelengths. Allowing for a “VLT” (Visible Light Transmission) of 20% total passthrough among the visible spectrum creating a much easier to see through pair of safety glasses for performers on stage.

Note: These glasses do not sufficiently protect against yellow (577nm), amber (590nm), and orange (607nm). If your laser is RGBY or RGBO, these glasses will only protect the RGB wavelengths.
